Cancellation Policy

At Skin Rich Studio, we understand that life happens and schedules can change unexpectedly. Our appointment times are reserved exclusively for each client, so we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice when you need to cancel or reschedule.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Appointments canceled or rescheduled 24 hours or more before your scheduled appointment can be completed online with no additional fee.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a 40% cancellation fee, which will be automatically charged to the card on file.

No Shows and Late Arrivals

Appointments missed without notice are considered a no show and will incur a 40% fee, automatically charged to the card on file.

Arriving more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment will be considered a no show. This allows us to respect the time and experience of the clients scheduled after you.

A Note From Us

We understand that unforeseen circumstances happen, and we encourage you to reach out when they do. While we cannot guarantee that fees can be waived, we will always do our best to work with you when circumstances arise.

Last minute cancellations and missed appointments prevent us from offering that time to another client who may be waiting for an appointment. Your consideration allows us to maintain the elevated, intentional experience we strive to provide for every Skin Rich Studio client.
